Enter your sign-in email, or your backup recovery email if you added one on Account. We will send a link to choose a new password. The link expires in 30 minutes.

How this works

  1. Enter the same email you use to sign in to Pinegate Logistics.
  2. If you added a backup recovery email on Account, you can use that address here too.
  3. Tap Send reset link. We email you from Pinegate Logistics (noreply@pinegatelogistics.app).
  4. Open your email within 30 minutes — check Spam or Junk if you do not see it.
  5. Tap the link in the email, choose a new password, then sign in with that new password.
